Wow! It is already a new month. This year seems to have flown by. It is hard to believe the holidays are almost upon us. Our Santa Buck Giveaway retail promotion starts this Saturday, Nov. 7, with 84 participants. We are so excited! Please remember to ask for your tickets and Shop Ponca First!

We will have a “Cash Mob Event” Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. for Simply Unique, located downtown at 211 E. Grand Avenue. Please join us and see what a beautiful and unique store this is. You might even find some Christmas gifts!

We are doing a PRIDE Training on quality customer service for the staff at Marland Children’s Home Tuesday. It really does not matter if you are in retail or a service type business. We all need to understand the importance of quality customer service. We offer these PRIDE Training sessions free to our Chamber Members. So far this year we have offered our training 35 times. That is awesome. We appreciate people wanting to understand and offer quality customer service. The Chamber can promote Shop Ponca First all day long but if we don’t treat our customers with quality customer service it just does not work.
