This week our Community Development Committee will meet on Tuesday at 10 a.m. instead of Thursday. We also have our Ambassadors meeting on Tuesday and a PRIDE Training on quality customer service for a chamber member business on Wednesday.
We continue to work on collecting auction items for the Party at the Palace/Chamber Auction to be held on Friday, Aug. 21 at the Marland Mansion. Please be generous. Tickets to attend our fun event are $25 per person and can be purchased at the Chamber Office.
Friday we plan to attend the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the new Charles Lamb Energy Center north of Ponca City on Hwy. 11. This is a new power plant for the Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority.
