On Monday we had a Cash Mob at Perkins Restaurant located at 2125 N. 14th Street. Cash Mob is part of our “Shop Ponca First” campaign.
Speaking of “Shop Ponca First,” I hope you are asking for your Santa Buck Giveaway tickets. The ticket drawing night is Thursday, Dec. 20. Listen to your favorite Ponca City radio station to win. We will have 1- $5,000 winner along with 2 – $1,000 and 4 – $500 dollar winners.
We will have a customer service training Tuesday evening for the Bowers Trucking employees. We enjoy offering this service free for our Chamber Members. Quality customer service will bring customers back. One of the top reasons a business goes out of business is due to poor customer service. Don’t be that business!
The 33rd Ponca City Leadership Class will have a session on arts and culture in Ponca City on Wednesday. Luke Garrison with Equity Bank is the Day Chair. This is always a fun and educational day.
The Ponca City Business Council met Tuesday at 9 a.m. and the Education and Workforce Development Committee will meet Thursday at 4 p.m. Both meetings are at the Chamber Office.
