Please join us Monday for our Cash Mob at 11:30 a.m. at Hobby Lobby. This is a project of Shop Ponca First. We gather at 11:25 a.m. then go in as a group at 11:30 a.m. Cash Mob recognizes the outstanding businesses we have in Ponca City. The names of all Chamber retail businesses are in a fish bowl and once a month we draw out our next cash mob business visit. Please join us.

Ponca City Business Council will meet Tuesday at 8 a.m. at the Chamber Office. This is a very active committee. Here are a few of their goals for the year:

  • To plan and coordinate activities, to include at least four educational workshops, to meet the current needs of business.

  • To recognize 12 outstanding business/partners during the year and make a recommendation for Business of the Year which will be recognized at the annual Chamber banquet.

  • To offer education on quality customer service through the PRIDE Program.

  • To coordinate and promote “Shop Ponca First” programs such as Cash Mob and the Santa Buck Giveaway.

  • To promote Crazy Days.

  • To promote and support the Chamber Buck program.

  • To partner with the Chamber Ambassadors on the annual Goodwill Days.

  • To support ribbon cuttings, welcome new members to the Chamber and encourage all members to participate in the Ponca City Business Council

The Education and Workforce Committee will meet Thursday at 4 p.m. at the Chamber Office.
