Data shows that throughout the week of October 3-9, 8,643 new COVID-19 cases, 9,537 recoveries and 189 deaths were documented. Ponca City voters overwhelmingly passed a $49.7 million bond project on Tuesday with an almost 81 percent pass rate. With 100 percent of precincts reporting, unofficial results from the Oklahoma Election Board shows the project passed by a vote of 1,494 (80.98 percent) to 351 (19.02 percent).
