CASA Firehouse tickets available; drawing June 2

Ponca City Now - May 22, 2018 2:37 pm

CASA of Kay and Noble counties are selling tickets to benefit their mission of training community members to advocate for abused and neglected.

Besides assisting with the CASA cause, purchasing a $1 ticket gives members of the public a chance to win the 2018 CASA Playhouse.

This year’s playhouse is a firehouse theme and  was selected, designed and built by the Construction Technology Class at Pioneer Tech.  This learning opportunity for the students allowed them to  explore not only  construction but design aspects of  building.

CASA advocates are often the voice of the child in the court system, advocating for the child’s best interest.

The drawing for the playhouse will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 2, at the Herb Festival in the L. A. Cann Garden, at 14th Street and Grand Avenue.

Tickets are for sale at Equity Bank, First National Bank, RCB Banks in Ponca City and Newkirk, Tyndall Family Dentistry and the CASA of Kay and Noble Counties Offices, 2203 N. Ash, Ponca City.

For more information visit www.kaynoblecasa.org or the Facebook page for CASA of Kay and Noble Counties.

The playhouse is on display at Grace Episcopal Church at 14th Street and Grand Avenue. The winner does not need to be present at the drawing to win.

If CASA is unable to reach the winner within seven days, another winner will be drawn.  The playhouse will be delivered within a 30-mile radius of Ponca City.
