Caddo Co. Man Charged With Manslaughter In Crash That Killed Fiancé & Soon To Be Stepdaughter

A Caddo County man has been charged with manslaughter following a crash that killed his fiancé and his soon be stepdaughter.

Shaun Tillman, 28, was charged last week in Caddo County district court. He faces two counts of first-degree manslaughter, driving with a suspended license and failing to maintain insurance and pay state taxes.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol said Tillman was traveling eastbound on County Road 1130 on May 12 when his fiancé and her two children were traveling westbound.

The two vehicles collided, killing Gena Evans, 28, and her daughter, 6-year-old Raylynn Lyday.
