Bridge work to start on SH 11 near Blackwell

Ponca City Now - March 2, 2015 8:16 pm

East and westbound State Highway 11 will be reduced to one lane with a temporary stoplight, one and a half miles east of US Highway 177 in Blackwell in Kay County.

The lanes will be reduced beginning Tuesday and continuing through July as part of a bridge rehabilitation project over the Chikaskia River overflow.
