Body found identified by PCPD

Ponca City Police are investigating the death of a Ponca City woman.

She was found outside her home near Palm and Broadway this morning.

*UPDATE*

According to police officials Debra Kay Heady was found dead just after 8 a.m.

She was 62 years old and was found lying, unreponsive in front of her home just south of her porch.

Her body was released to the State Medical Examiner’s office to determine the cause of death.

Police officials said there is no evidence of foul play, but the death remains under investigation.
