Blackwell Police holding training exercise at high school

The Blackwell Police and Fire Departments, along with several other agencies in the Kay County area, are holding a training exercise at Blackwell High School this morning.
There is NO SCHOOL today, and no students or faculty are on site. Blackwell Police said they are using the opportunity for local agencies to train together.
