Battles Receives 2nd Scholarship

Kim Battles, Northern Oklahoma College sophomore Visual Arts Major from Ponca City received the Continuing Education scholarship from the North Central Oklahoma Arts Council.
Battles was previously a recipient of the NOC Foundation Arts Scholarship.
Maintaining her grades while continuing her education made her eligible for a second-year scholarship. She will receive a total of $500, paid as $250 per semester directly to the student. (photo provided)
