Banks recognize students for reading excellence

Six students were recognized today at West Middle School for excellence in reading.

Students who scored a 90 percent or higher on an Accelerated Reader Test received a ticket.   At the end of the semester, one name from each teacher is drawn and six students receive a prize from the bank.

The following community members were present to represent their respective banks:  Casey Pruitt, First Bank of Oklahoma; Travis Colson, RCB Bank; Mark Love ,Cherokee Strip Credit Union; Natalie Prather, Eastman National Bank; Brittany Atauvich, City National Bank; and John Seals, Health Insurance Source (not pictured).

Students recognized were  Michael Threlkeld, Mary Rathbun,  Carson Anderson, Mirakle Burgess, Victoria Whitfield and Olivia Smith
