NOC Tonkawa, University Center hosting Reach Higher event

Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa and the University Center in Ponca City are hosting a Reach Higher event Monday, June 17. The free information session is a come and go event from 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. at the Vineyard Library/Administration Building at NOC Tonkawa and at the University Center, 2800 N. 14th Street in Ponca City.
