Applications available for Citizens’ Police Academy

Applications are now available for the 23rd session of the Citizens’ Police Academy.
The applications are available at the Ponca City Police Department from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. They are also available on the City of Ponca City website at http://www.poncacityok.gov/formcenter/police-3/citizen-police-academy-application-36.
Applications are due by 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21. Classes meet each Thursday from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., starting Jan. 17. Classes conclude in late March and will be followed by a graduation reception.
Weekly attendance is required, as each session builds on the previous session.
