Apache man arrested on child pornography charge

APACHE, Oklahoma — Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agents arrested 63-year-old Dave Olen Carter of Apache, Oklahoma, on Friday for possession of child pornography.
He was transported to the Caddo County Jail by the Apache Police Department where he was booked. He was taken into custody at his home in Apache without incident.
