Another Wildcat Victory!

Week 2 of Ponca City Wildcat Football adds up to a 2-0 start to the season. A feat that we haven’t seen since 2005. Wildcats defeated Guthrie Bluejays 17-7 at Sullins Stadium for a great start to their season.

With 1:49 left in the first quarter, Justin Andrews throws a touchdown pass for Sam McKinney to score. Spencer Ball kicks it for the extra point.

Guthrie ties it up 7-7 on a questionable call right at halftime.

The defense played hot the whole game and deserve a lot of credit.

Ball kicks field goal with 6:01 left in third quarter to make it 10-7.

McKinney scores another touchdown and Ball scores another P.A.T with 7:56 left in the game. Guthrie was unable to get anything more on the scoreboard.

Wildcats travel to Collinsville next Friday to take on the Cardinals.
