Roosevelt Elementary Launches Twitter Account

Roosevelt Elementary recently launched an exciting and informative Twitter account that will engage followers with special events, fun pictures, and daily happenings at the school. Family and community members are invited to follow Roosevelt on Twitter under the username @PCPS_Roughrider.

The Roosevelt Elementary Twitter project is a joint effort between Ronda Merrifield, Roosevelt Principal, the Roosevelt staff, Shelley Wilson, PTA Treasurer and Meghan Eliason, Boise State University faculty member. The project will serve as a pilot study for future work in the area of understanding how social media may influence family engagement with public schools.
