The Ponca City High School Too Much to Lose club recently held their Back to School Bash at Wentz Camp. 2M2L is a club that works to prevent underage drinking among high school students.

Students plan the yearly event to provide an evening of food and activities while working to prevent underage drinking. Activities at this year’s bash included a belly flop contest, Simon says, Student Council volleyball tournament and an obstacle course that students navigate while wearing DUI goggles. The evening ended with drawings for prizes, such as an iPad mini, touch screen laptop and a GoPro Camera.

The 2M2L club and Student Council sponsored the event and monetary support came from local businesses including Eastman National Bank and Martin, Jean and Jackson Law firm.

This is the clubs major fall event and then in the spring they will conduct an assembly right before prom to show the dangers of underage drinking.
