A No-Brainer

A no brainer. When do we get to go to the polls and have a no brainer? This Tuesday we do in Ponca City.
A yes vote will mean that you will not be raising your taxes. A yes vote will mean that the Ponca City Public School System will be made better and safer for our children.
It has been 40 years since there has been an investment into extra curricular infrastructure in the Ponca City School System. Your yes vote will change that. Your yes vote will insure that the facilities our students use will be better than Bartlesville, Stillwater, Enid, and other towns of similar size in the state.
Today these facilities are probably the worst in the state. On Tuesday, your yes vote can change that. By voting yes, you will not be raising taxes. You will be voting to provide Ponca City students the best technology, safer facilities and facilities that we won’t be ashamed of.
It’s a no brainer and it takes a 60 percent majority to make it happen. If you live in the Ponca City School District, I urge you to take the short amount of time to vote yes Tuesday.
