Plane crash near Colbert kills Texas man

COLBERT, Okla. (AP) – The Federal Aviation Administration says a Texas man has died after a single-engine plane crashed near Colbert, Oklahoma.

FAA spokesman Lynn Lunsford says the crash occurred Sunday afternoon.

Lunsford says the plane carrying a husband and wife was traveling from Missouri to Fort Worth when it went down in a wooded area.
