Due to inclement weather, the Northern Oklahoma College Stillwater campus will be closed and all activities cancelled for March 4. The NOC Tonkawa and Enid campuses will close at 2:30 p.m. All evening classes and on-campus activities have been canceled.

St. Mary’s Catholic Church has canceled all Wednesday night activities.

First Lutheran Church has canceled its Lenten dinner and there will be no church activities tonight.

Eastern Heights Christian Church has canceled all services for Wednesday night.

The office at Albright United Methodist Church is closed for the remainder of the day. Choir and bell choir rehearsals are canceled this evening.

Wednesday night services at St. Luke’s Church of the Nazarene have been

cancelled for tonight.

All evening services for tonight at Ponca City Free Will Baptist are canceled .

Faith Tabernacle Church has cancelled all evening services and activities

All evening classes at Pioneer Technology Center for tonight are canceled.

University Center in Ponca City is closed for the rest of the day.

The American Legion Lounge is closed.

The Elks Lodge is closed.

Weather watcher Raymond Miller reports secondary roads are slick and hazardous inside the Ponca City limits. Primary roads have been treated but are fast becoming slick and hazardous. "The National Weather Service uses the phrase ‘ice and snow, take it slow!’" Miller said.

Road conditions are deteriorating, the Noble County Sheriff’s Office reports.
