KOKH - October 16, 2023 5:59 am

OG&E customers are about to get a surprise on their bills.

The company is lowering residential customer bills effective November 1st. That’s because natural gas prices dropped in 2023.

The average residential customer will see a reduction of about $20.97 a month beginning on their December bills. The reduction is approximately 15.4% per month.

OG&E began notifying customers of the upcoming change on Thursday.
