Two cats injured; police seek information

The owner of two cats in the 1700 block of Holbrook reported to Ponca City Police that she found both cats injured and bleeding at 9 p.m. Feb. 15 when she returned home.

Both cats were shot with pellet guns, Ponca City Police spokeswoman Sherry Bowers said.

Both cats have had surgery and one remains paralyzed on the right side with nerve and bone damage.

Police need any information that would help them find out who is responsible for this cruel act.
