Three arrested on drug complaints

The Special Projects Unit of the Ponca City Police Department arrested three people Wednesday afternoon. Two were arrested in the 400 block of North Osage Street.

Officers stopped a vehicle on a traffic stop and arrested Elizabeth Ewing, 35, on complaints of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Kahle Brown, 31, was arrested on complaints of possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine.

A 22-year-old woman, Cierra Warner, was arrested at her home in the 1200 block of North 14th Street on complaints of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school or park, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and use of a security device during the commission of a felony.
