The "Spirit of Beauty" Art Collection comes from the one-time Pomp and Circle Dance event held at the Marland Mansion in September of 2012. Each of the 4 foot by 6 foot portrait features a Ponca City woman posed at an historic landmark in the Ponca City area.

A vote was taken at the event to find the subject of the last portrait. The people voted and Cathy Cole was selected to be the 12th model.

On Jan. 16, that portrait of Cole, created by local artist Theresa Sacket, will be revealed for the first time. The exhibit opening will take place Friday night at 6:30 p.m.
