Ponca City Mainstreet Announcing Crazy Day Events

Ponca City Now - July 3, 2022 10:42 am

Ponca City Main Street wishes you and your family a safe and happy Independence Day. As we celebrate our nation’s freedom, we honor and thank the courageous men and women who have dedicated their lives to preserving it. In observance of Independence Day, the office will be closed July 4 and re-open July 5.

Our annual Crazy Days event is Thursday July 28 thru Saturday July 30. Shoppers will enjoy three days of discounts and specials at downtown shops, with many merchants extending their store hours. In addition, the popular Children’s Lemonade Walk downtown is back again for its second year, and of course, the always fun Crazy Days Street Party will be held Friday July 29 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.

The Crazy Days Street Party on Friday is a free community event which offers festivities for kids and adults alike, including food trucks, live music and adult beverages. This year, we’ve added a new art component, which will feature local artists painting approved structures in the alley near the Crazy Days Street Party.

For more information about Crazy Days sales and the Crazy Days Street Party, follow the Ponca City Main Street Facebook page or visit Crazy Days Street Party – Ponca City Main Street (downtownponcacity.com).

In July, registration for the Children’s Lemonade Walk will be available at Crazy Days Street Party – Ponca City Main Street (downtownponcacity.com). Participants are responsible for making, selling, setting up their stand and marketing their lemonade.

Crazy Days sponsors include Phillips 66, Equity Bank, Team Radio, Waldorf Riley Heating & Cooling, City of Ponca City, Dorada Foods and RCB Bank.
