Ponca City Public Schools would like to commend our Lady Cat volleyball team for their outstanding display of sportsmanship and kindness.

Last night before the Ponca City/Putnam City match, the seniors of the Lady Cat volleyball team were honored for Senior Night. After the ceremony, the Lady Cats invited the seniors of the Putnam City Pirates volleyball team onto the court. The Pirate seniors have presented a rose and each Putnam City senior was introduced to the crowd.

“This act is a wonderful example of how we should be treating each other, especially in these turbulent times,” said Ponca City Superintendent Shelley Arrott.
