PCPS Girls Basketball Camp

The Ponca City Lady Cats will host a Basketball Camp May 25-28 from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday through Friday. Camp instruction will be provided by Jody Fincher, head coach, Lady Cat staff and Ponca City Lady Cats high school players.

The cost of the camp is $55 per player. Campers will receive a T-shirt, basketball, learn fundamentals of the game with an emphasis on team play and sportsmanship, earn daily prizes and receive camp awards.

The primary purpose of the camp is to teach young women to develop their skills as a shooter, improve character and to have fun. The camp incorporates principles of sportsmanship, leadership and citizenship.

Any girl who will be entering kindergarten through eighth grade for the 2021-2022 school year is eligible to attend the camp.

The camp will be conducted at Robson Fieldhouse and the old boys gym.

Registration forms and payments should be mailed to Jody Fincher at Ponca City High School at 927 North Fifth Street, Ponca City, OK 74601 or you can sign up on the first day of the camp.
