A man charged in connection with the deadly Sand Springs business complex explosion turned himself in Sunday. Ryan Bassham was wanted on two count of first-degree murder.
Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler confirmed the charges. According to court records, the warrant was issued Aug. 28.
The explosion killed two people and damaged at least 25 businesses at the Morrow-Gill business complex near South Lincoln Avenue.

What investigators say about the Sand Springs explosion
The explosion happened around 1 a.m. Thursday. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is working with the ATF on the investigation.
Investigators said the explosion was chemical-related and happened during the THC extraction process at an extraction facility. Surveillance video from a nearby building captured a bright flash and the explosion.
One person was confirmed dead at the scene. A second person was taken to a hospital in critical condition and later died.
Sand Springs businesses damaged
Authorities said at least 25 businesses were damaged in the explosion.
The Sand Springs Emergency Management office created an email address for affected property owners to report damage.
