Yesterday evening, callers reported hearing gunshots at Prairie Sun Apartments (formerly Timbers Apartments) on North 14th St. Witnesses reported seeing a group of juveniles running from the area and, when officers arrived, a juvenile male believed to be involved in the incident became confrontational and combative with the officers. That juvenile has been identified and a guardian picked him up at the scene after he, and his guardian, were questioned and refused to provide information about the incident.
