Ponca City Commissioner Filing Period Opens 7 December

Candidates for municipal office in Ponca City file Declarations of Candidacy beginning at 8 a.m. Monday, December 7, 2020.

Chery Howard, Secretary of the Kay County Election Board, said filing period ends at 5 p.m. Wednesday, December 9, 2020.

Declarations of Candidacy will be accepted at the County Election Board office for the following Board of Commissioner’s offices in Ponca City.

Commissioner Ward #2 3 year term

Commissioner Ward #4 3 year term

A general election for the City of Ponca City, Oklahoma, will be held on February 9, 2021, for the two positions, and a Runoff election if necessary, will be held on April 6, 2021.
