PERRY, OK – The Perry Police Department requested the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to investigate a child abuse case.
During the investigation, OSBI special agents identified the suspects as 35-year-old Christopher McNabb, who is an officer with the Perry Police Department, as well as his girlfriend, 30-year-old Kayla Renfrow.
During the investigation, OSBI special agents interviewed both McNabb and Renfrow, and served a search warrant for both of their properties.
Based on the information and evidence gathered, an arrest warrant was issued by the Noble County District Court for both McNabb and Renfrow on February 2, 2026.
That same day, both suspects were arrested and booked into the Noble County Jail. McNabb was charged with Child Abuse and Renfrow was charged with Enabling Child Abuse.
The children involved were placed into state custody and the Oklahoma Department of Human Services are assisting them moving forward.
