Former Death Row inmate Richard Glossip will appear in court Monday morning for the first time after all Oklahoma County criminal judges recused themselves from the case.
Leading Chief District Judge Richard Ogden chose District Judge Natalie Mai to preside after a random selection.
In early 2025, the United States Supreme Court overturned his conviction citing an unfair trial.
Glossip’s hearing is set to begin at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, December 29.
