Ponca City High School Howell Building

The Ponca City High School commencement ceremony for the Class of 2020 will be held on Friday, June 26 at Sullins Stadium. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 8:00 p.m. A live feed of the graduation will also be provided at https://www.facebook.com/SpeakNowFilmCo/ by Speak Now Productions.

Additional precautions are planned for the safety of graduates and guests.

Only graduates will be permitted to enter the north ‘visitor’ gate. Graduates will be seated in the visitor stands at 7:00 p.m. A professional photographer will be provided during the ceremony and website ordering instructions for photographs will be provided to graduates.

Guests will enter at the east and west gates and admitted one ticket per person.

Due to current health concerns, there will be no reserved seating. Guests will be allowed to enter the stadium at 6:45p.m. Seats will be marked to appropriately social distance, and we encourage everyone to practice social distancing at all times as a courtesy to each other.

Handicap seating will be available.

In the event that inclement weather interferes, the commencement ceremony will be held in the Ponca City Schools Concert Hall, June 26th, 8:00p.m. This decision will be made by noon on June 26th. If the ceremony is moved to the Concert Hall, the announcement will be made on social media, local radio stations, and the senior student and parent Remind app. In the Ponca City Concert Hall, only graduates will be allowed to enter. However, the ceremony will be broadcast live on social media by Speak Now Productions.
