NOC breaks ground on new dorm

NOC started its ground breaking ceremony for a new 20,000 square foot residence hall at 9 a.m. this morning.

The hall is expected to be finished the fall of 2015. The dorms are two person suites with walk-in closets and a shared bathroom. There will be a commons area with a lobby, study rooms, recreational area and storm shelter.
