Join the Ponca City Humane Society for a night of food, fun, entertainment, and help the Humane Society decide the winner of the ULTIMATE DOG HOUSE competition!

2020 is a big year for The Ponca City Humane Society. It opened its new state-of-the-art facility, and officially became the “Northern Oklahoma Humane Society” which will allow staff and volunteers to help a lot more animals.

With that being said, the Humane Society needs help now more than ever.

Volunteers are ready to make 2020 the best year yet. The public can help by attending the “You’re in the Dog House” tailgate on Saturday, Feb. 15, at the Marland Mansion.

Numerous teams throughout Ponca City have been working for weeks to put together what they think is THE ULTIMATE Dog House! Help judge these awesome dog houses.

There are some pretty creative teams who are all determined to beat each other. It will be a battle until the very end. You can even get involved in the competition and play carnival games to win tickets to put towards your favorite dog house’s total.

Dance the night away to Morrsion 33, check out the awesome food trucks that will have parked outside, and socialize with your favorite people, all while supporting fur babies in need.

Tickets are $30 and can be purchased at the Northern Oklahoma Humane Society at 900 W. Prospect. They are also available from any board member, the Ponca City Chamber, or you can email [email protected] to arrange tickets to be delivered.
