Approaching deadline for Mar. 4 absentee ballots

Less than a week remains for voters in Kay County to apply for absentee ballots to be mailed to them.

Blackwell Municipal Primary and Newkirk General Municipal elections are Mar. 4.

Applications must be in the hands of the County Election Boarn no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday.
