OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – Gov. Mary Fallin and legislative leaders are scheduled to discuss some of the major issues facing Oklahoma when the Legislature gathers next week.

Fallin will join Democratic and Republican leaders from the Oklahoma House and Senate on Wednesday for The Associated Press’ Legislative Forum.

House Minority Leader Scott Inman, House Speaker Pro Tem Mike Jackson, Senate Minority Leader Sean Burrage and Senate President Pro Tem Brian Bingman all are expected to deliver remarks and field questions from reporters.

Fallin will wrap up the forum by discussing some details from her executive budget and the State of the State speech she will deliver to legislators when the session begins on Monday.

Compared to this year’s budget, legislators will have about $170 million less to spend on state programs next year.
