Several competing for OSU quarterback position

STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) – Now that longtime Oklahoma State quarterback Mason Rudolph is with the Pittsburgh Steelers, several players are competing to replace him.

Senior Taylor Cornelius was leading the pack at the end of the spring. Graduate transfer Dru Brown and freshman Spencer Sanders also are battling for the position. Keondre Wudtee, who suffered a bruised shoulder/sternum in spring practice, is in the mix, too.

The Cowboys will have to choose before their Aug. 30 opener against Missouri State.
