Suspect identified in Newkirk homicide

Kay County Undersheriff Sean Grigsba has released  the identity of a suspect in Saturday’s homicide in Newkirk.

“With a countywide multiple agency effort, along with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, Brock Ryan Wilkins was booked into the Kay County jail Sunday morning for First Degree murder in connection to the Newkirk homicide yesterday,” Grigsba said at 9:20 a.m. Sunday.
