Anderson & Company stylists win big at Paul Mitchell Gathering in Las Vegas

Anderson & Company Salon and Spa was closed last week to allow all salon stylists to travel to Las Vegas for the Paul Mitchell 2018 Gathering event.
Anderson and Company is a full service Paul Mitchell Focus Salon at 601 East Hartford in Ponca City. The stylists employed by salon owner Gabrielle Anderson travel all over the world for education and training.
The Las Vegas Gathering is an international training event lasting three days. Each stylist takes five hands-on training or business classes and observes countless look and learn sessions.
This year’s event took place July 8-10 and each member of the salon won a new styling tool.
Megan Snyder, salon Manager, was the first winner announced at the Gathering 2018; but stylist Rebekah Vullmahn was the final and biggest winner. Vullmahn won an all-expenses paid trip to the Paul Mitchell Hawaii Seminar, which will take place in Waikiki in January 2019.
This Hawaii event is a five-day private training with all the top Paul Mitchell education staff. It only happens every two years. There is a cap of 125 attendees and it is a much-sought-after education opportunity by the thousands of Paul Mitchell stylists around the world.
This will be Vullmahn’s second time to attend the Hawaii Gathering. Owner Anderson has attended the Las Vegas Gathering every year it has been offered since 2012, has been to the Hawaii training twice and also attended international Paul Mitchell events in Spain and Italy.
“This is the top training and education which only Paul Mitchell stylists have available to them” said Anderson. “The business training I received at the 2012 Gathering gave me the knowledge and direction to open Anderson & Company. And we continue to add new stylists.”
