Blackwell kicks off holiday season

Blackwell is kicking off the holiday season tonight.

It’s having its first Night of Lights parade at 6:30 downtown.

The top three entries will win prizes.

After the parade the businesses will have open houses to encourage shopping Blackwell first.

Santa Claus will also be there in the pocket park.
