Has your Mom ever gotten on your last nerve or meddled in your life.

If so you will relate to Ponca Playhouse’s current production, Mama Won’t Fly.

The productions director Dave Guinn gives us a sneak peak.

“ Savannah is trying to get her mother from Birmingham, Alabama to Santa Monica because her brother is getting married, and this is all he wants for a wedding gift,” Guinn said

And you can infer from the title where the problem begins.

The first suprise is Hailey, the future bride decides to join them on this road trip to get to know her sister and mother-in-law.

This comedy will hit the stage today with a Sunday matinee at 2.

They will perform at the same times next weekend, as well.
