All lanes of westbound US-412/US-64 are closed at County Road 30 west of I-35 and south of Billings due to an accident, the Oklahoma Department of Transportation announced at 5 a.m. Tuesday.

Crews estimate the closure will last well into mid-morning and affect the morning commute. More information will be sent when the lanes reopen.

Traffic traveling north on I-35 should exit on SH-164 at Perry, go west to Covington then north on SH-74 to US-412. Traffic traveling south on I-35 should exit onto SH-15 west to Billings then south on SH-74 through Garber back to US-412.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports the incident is a fatality incident involving a semi. The semi was hauling dry fertilizer that has been dumped on the roadway.
