OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – A pink fire truck is rolling into Oklahoma City to raise money for cancer patients and survivors.

Several volunteers with the Oklahoma Panhandle Chapter of Pink Heals will be on the truck. The organization raises funds for cancer victims using pink police cars and pink fire trucks. Money raised will go to help patients pay everything from doctor copays to utility bills.

The pink fire truck will be at the state Capitol from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday. Volunteers will also use the truck to participate in the Carl Albert High School Homecoming parade in Midwest City on Friday at 1 p.m.
