Cherokee Strip Trial Ride

BYOH, Bring your own horse to the Cherokee Strip trail ride this weekend.

You can enjoy a weekend long camp out or come just for the ride on Saturday.

Lori Young, trail boss said they are expecting more riders this year.

" Last year we had 130 riders and this year we are expecting more," Young said.

Young also said this will be a great weekend to see wildlife.

There have been bald eagle sightings, along with the typical coyote, deer and cougar.

It’s $15 per rider just to ride Saturday.
