Drivers injured in three-car accident

A three-vehicle accident was reported at 12:12 p.m. Monday at Lansbrook Road and Prospect Avenue.

One vehicle was traveling west on Prospect Avenue and slowed to turn south onto Lansbrook Road. Two vehicles behind the vehicle turning came to a stop.

A third vehicle, also traveling west, was unable to stop for the vehicles in front of it.

All three drivers, Diane Looper, 46, of Blackwell, Sherry Goff, 41, of Ponca City, and Micah Mills, 34, of Ponca City, were transported by ambulance to Alliance Health Medical Center with what appeared to be minor injuries.

Micah Mills was cited for following too closely.
