Tulsa rallies to beat Cincinnati

James Flanders, who rushed for 197 yards, broke into the end zone from the 4 in overtime as Tulsa charged back to beat Cincinnati 40-37 Friday night. Tulsa had trailed throughout the game until Redford Jones nailed a 22-yard field goal as time expired to tie the game at 34 and send it into the extra period.
