One killed, One in Critical Condition Following Early Morning Accident at South Avenue Underpass

Just after midnight Monday morning the Ponca City Police Department received a call about a single vehicle accident on South Avenue at the underpass.
The driver of the vehicle involved in the accident, Michael Fink 32, is listed in critical condition at OU Medical Center in OKC. His passenger, Dickey Cruzan Jr. 36, was pronounced deceased at OU Medical Center at 6:03 am.
The accident is under investigation by Officers on the Ponca City Police departments Accident Reconstruction Team.
