Sgt. Garrison, Blitz complete annual team certification

The Ponca City Police Department’s K9 handler, Sgt. Ben Garrison, and K9 Blitz, completed their annual team certification last night as required by the State of Oklahoma.

They are entering into their seventh year together serving the Citizens of Ponca City.
